Am I right in assuming if I want to draw a large array of Points in OpenGL, and I choose to use arrays to do it then the only way to get variable point size throughout that array is to either use a shader, or texture mapping?
Does anyone know if there is a way similar to the OpenGL ES POINT_SIZE_ARRAY option? Thanks. 'Remember, measure life by the moments that take your breath away, not by how many breaths you take' Extreme Sports Cafe | ESC's blog | scratt's blog | @thescratt |

Actually I found a solution using Point Parameters, and fudging the data order.
But if anyone knows of a better way, or if there is an Apple only extension for POINT_SIZE_ARRAYs I am all ears.. 'Remember, measure life by the moments that take your breath away, not by how many breaths you take' Extreme Sports Cafe | ESC's blog | scratt's blog | @thescratt |
