I've got one more problem. I have Windows Media Player (I know, I know) and want to get rid of it. When I try throwing it in the trash it won't let me empty because a bunch of it is locked. I tried going to the Windows installer but it only installs the player again. How do I get rid of it?

Hold the option key while emptying the trash. That will force an override for locked files and should allow it to empty properly.
