Just want to share this recent find. Those looking for a cheaper alternative to buying an original AirPort card for older Macs, check out the TP-Link 54M Wireless TL-WN321G USB Adapter.

Currently there's one on sale online here also for only $9.95 CDN$!!
Sure beats forking out $40-50 USD on eBay. Plus this sucker is rated at 54mbps vs. the 11 you get on an Airport card.

Download the driver (RT257x/RT2671) found here on Ralink as it's based on the same technology.

It's working smoothly on an older iMac G4/700 running 10.3.9
I believe the drivers work right up to 10.5 but I haven't tried it.
