So, a bunch of people and I today came up with this graph/illustration of the social breakdown of our high school. Now this wasn't scientific or based on data, but the general consensus is that it is spot-on in many aspects. I am curious to know if people had this same experience socially when they were in high school.

The size of the slices represent the size of the group. The popularity/school rank is determined by the x-axis, and the political leanings are the y-axis.

So where would you have fit on this chart?

Wow. You think too much
I have been there too, and I can still remember what it felt like. Rest assured that people will start to feel more real a few years from now.

To answer your original question: I can't really relate to many of your categories since I grew up in the late eighties (and in a different country). Still, I must have been somewhere in between the Apple Fans, Art Kids and Environmentalists category, though I didn't care for popularity at all.

A black hole is where god divided by zero.

That's pretty humorous if you ask me. Wouldn't doubt that it's pretty spot on.

Had to chuckle at this slice of the sociological pie:

Yeah, Those dance people would be the first to become Fascist in a regime change..

And no, this was for kicks... it isn't some chart to find deeper meaning or anything.

Glad you like it!

Note that Disney Girls and Apple Fans have the same prevalence. I laughed the first time I saw that (Disney Girls), because even never having heard it, I knew exactly what you were talking about.

...into the light of a dark black night.
