Sorry if I missed this in the list, but strangely, perhaps, a seemingly tiny little thing keeps me on Safari (no matter how cool the FF extensions are): Firefox does not correctly handle cursor insertion in the URL/address bar. In the Mac OS, a single-click is supposed to position the cursor, a double-click selects a word, and a triple-click selects a line. Firefox selects the whole line (Windows-style) with a single-click. It drives me batty when what I intend to do is position the cursor to change a piece of the URL (from index.html to index.shtml, for example), and what I get instead is the whole URL selected. Maddening.

I don't know about AcidSearch, but I adore the Safari search functionality provided by Sogudi...
