I stumbled upon this toy plush doll of Steve. Would they have needed Jobs permission for this? And why is he tip-toeing?
http://podbrix.com/itemdetails.php?PID=1209444693 Come to think of it, this might be an April Fool's joke. |

Do they have a hole in it where you can remove some of the stuffing so he looks more like the real Steve Jobs?

Am I the only one who thinks that it doesn't really look like Jobs? The eyes are all wrong. But I do like the shoelaces.
I'd buy one if I had the money and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |

Yeah, they could've done a bit bitter on the resemblance. He's too bald (Steve's got a little hair on top, and a bit of a Phil Collins widows peak going) and the beard is too dark/prominent and looks more like a goatee, since it's not connected to his sideburns (his hair is too dark too). And the glasses are too dark and his nose isn't "beaky" enough (too short and bulbous).
Yes, I notice this crap. But seriously, it doesn't look like Steve Jobs. The jeans and turtleneck are the only giveaways that it might be him. 10 minutes in Photoshop. I think it's a bit more "Steve-y"... Last edited by psmith2.0 : 2009-04-02 at 19:22. |

I like pscates' version better. And ironically, he changed everything but the eyes. So maybe the eyes weren't the problem as much as, oh, everything else.
But I'd totally buy one if it looked more Stevey. and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |
