A bit vague, yes? What version of Toast are you using? I think that if you go under the Copy menu and select Bin/Cue you should just be able to drop the .bin file and burn. Either that or Image File or Multi-Track CD-ROM XA. I can't remember toast ever requiring the Cue file for burning.

If you give me a bit more info I may be able to offer a bit more help. If you're being vague because you're being piratey then stay vague and I'll figure it out.

new newest version of toast 6.05 does very well when providing a .cue file for a .bin. however, like mentioned above, if you dont have a .cue file, select [edit] Image File under the copy tab and drag the .bin file, toast can usually figure out what kind of image it is and burn it successfully.

good luck.

im honestly not sure whats wrong w/ this file. its a .bin disk image of a vcd. i want to burn it, but toast says it needs a cue file. i found out how to write a cue file, however, when i burned the disc, it was unreadable by anything that would play a vcd. i tried burning it w/ nero which can burn .bin files w/o a .cue file, and i got the same results. also, pointing VLC to the cue file i had written gave me errors, but pointing it to the .bin worked fine. i also tried a pc program that could extract info from .bin files, but the file was unreadable. so at this point, ive pretty much given up on it.

If you have X11 installed try using X-CD Roast. I've had limited success burning VCD and "back ups" of games. And it's free.
