The site that hosted the widely-used favicon-generating plug-in for Photoshop has taken down the page "in protest at Israeli violence and aggression in Palestine" and I'm left without a similar resource. If this plugin was put into public use under GPL is it okay for someone to send me the file?

War is hell on graphic design.

I guess what you're looking for is ICOFormat-1.8f2-cs3.dmg from www.telegraphics.com.au/sw?

I was able to dig the file name out of the Wayback Machine, but not the file itself.

Source code appears to still be here if anyone wants to try pulling and compiling.

Found it on a download site.
Removing the files altogether seems a strange way to get out the message, but the author has the right to do what he wants to with that plug-in....

Ah!!... an edit.

Here's where I found it.

Get it while you can!
Let's hope that Israel and Palestine hold hands sometime soon.

FWIW you can create your own favicons very easily without the use of a plugin. Create your icon, I usually do 128x128 and save as .png. Then in the Finder, just change the extension to .ico. Confirm the change and you're good to go. Works on all my sites.
