Having a hell of a time here. Not sure what setting to use 1280 x 854 or 1680 x 1050? Also not sure what setting to close the PB and use the ACD only. Now when I close the PB they both shut down. Also do I use mirroring? Ughh.

I am so jacked to get this working and I wol;d really appreciate any help.

You should use 1680x1050; that's the native resolution for the external screen. I don't know whether you should use mirroring or spanning when running in closed-book mode, but either way you have to connect the display, close the PowerBook, and then you have to connect an external keyboard or mouse (preferably both) and it'll wake back up.

Thanks. All set now. Just had to plug in the PB. The 20" screen is sweet.
