Okay. I'm the last guy to ask for rules pertaining to Nether wandering/mining/fortress raiding. However, I would like to suggest a new rule for the Nether:
In order to preserve the "natural beauty" of the Nether, I would like to suggest that we prohibit glowstone and quartz mining within the Nether Hub 2.0 perimeter, which extends 200 blocks in each direction from central spawn. That's an area of 160,000 square blocks and from ceiling to floor. I'm not fanatical about it, just thought it would preserve the awesome views from the new hub. I vote yes, ban the mining. Like you said, it gives the cool looks of Nether un touched.
