I am on a Mac, but client cant read my SnapShot PNG.

As the title says I am on a Mac, and my client in on a PC, and I took about 30 snapshots, and email them, but they cant read them, (They get a RedX) SO how can see the PNG's?? Also I cant retake the images, cause I dont remember them all.

PC ?... XP ?

I thought XP could open PNG with Preview...

I would say if they cant then it would not be XP. I have no clue. they are vauge and barley get back to me as it is.

By "snapshots", I assume you mean the built-in OS X screenshot functionality?

Get them sent back and use Preview to resave them as JPG. If he can't see those, suggest he gets a real computer and gets rid of the Etch-A-Sketch.
