Anyone know of good 3rd party parental control software for Mac OS Leopard?
I want to use some parental controls on a user but still want that user to be able to an administrator user. |

I can't imagine 3rd party controls being any better than the built-in controls, as this requires an understanding of OS that may not be available outside of Apple.
Also, I don't think you can have an administrator user that can be held under parental control- this would be an oxymoron. However, you should realize that there is really no need to be an administrator. It's recommended practice to run a standard user account for your everyday tasks, with an administrator account that is simply unused. Whenever you need administrator privilege, OS will ask you to authenticate yourself as an administrator for a specific task. Far more easier and secure than running as an administrator and you get the parental controls you need. |
