This is partisan. It's just a short movie poking fun at problematic voting. I'm not insinuating anyone is trying to cheat or cheated, it's simply a movie to chuckle at.

So...DO NOT talk about politics. In fact, the only reason you should post is to say "Wow ast3r3x, that was funny!" or "ast3r3x...you must really live a sad and lonely live don't you?" or some variation of one of them.

**Note, it's .wmv so windows media player or VLC.

Wow ast3r3x, that was funny!

I'm going to the poles early on Sat. and I believe I'll be using one of the new electronic voting machines. Hopefully there won't be any trouble like there was earlier in the week in Orlando but I'll post my experience and let yall know how it went. The lawyers of both sides have suits already lined up if/when we have a repeat of 2000.

Yeah, but the problem is that no matter *WHO* wins, for whatever reason, legitimate or not, there will be lawsuits, whining, and accusations.

Hell, we could have a 100% error free election, and there would still be said crap.

Expect problems. Expect lawsuits. Expect blind accusations based on nothing more than sour grapes.

well that and our voting system is flawed...

Approval voting should be implemented NOW and we should strive to implement Concordent or whatever the fuck it is called in the near future.

Hear, hear. Ranked (Condorcet) voting is the only rational way to go. Plurality voting (one person = one vote) is so flawed it isn't funny.

And despite what you may have heard, it isn't any harder than "Who's your first choice? Your second choice? How about a third choice? Anyone else? No? Okay, thanks."

Yep, legal teams have been put in place by both candidates in a handful of states in anticipation of problems, either that or to crate problems. I'm guessing we'll hear about the first lawsuits and legal challenges the night of the election.

I just finnished voting and the new computer system works like a dream. After a two hour wait in line it only took about two minutes two vote.

After Kickaha's suggestions for different levels of citizenship I'd like to sign up for the one that provides a Disney style fast pass, move to the front of the line and laugh at those poor sub-citizens who have to sweat it out in the 90 degree heat.
