i can't log into the iChat chat... does anyone know why?

I wasn't able to log in with iChat, Proteus or Audium. Just download the official AIM client.

If you can't get into AppleNova, try and overflow room. They will proceed in numerical order: applenova2, applenova3, and so on. Don't forget to check the live updates on the front of http://applenova.com/

How do you log into a chat session with Adium? I know on iChat there is a Go To Chat menu item, but I don't know where to find a similar option in Adium.

That's it, Brad. I logged into the AppleNova chat room about an hour before the keynote and everybody was talking about football (soccer). So I dropped out. When I tried to get back in, I wasn't able to and assumed the house was full.

BTW: iChat didn't even give me an error message to tell me what was going on. It just sat there and didn't do anything.

The exsact reason irc is your friend. Plus in irc ou can ban people and stuff :wow:

It's not case sensitive...I don't think. I just always do all lowercase. Last time I was in the chat only Quag was in there. A lot of times it's just an empty chat room.
