I don't really know if this a bug or a feature...

I have a US-market p'book, but live in the UK, so I often switch between US and UK keyboard layouts. Since Tiger, it seems Safari can "remember" which international keyboard setting I use for each page. If I browse a page with the US keyboard selected, then later change to a UK keyboard, when I return to that page, it will reset itself to US. And then go back to UK when I go forward again.

I'm guessing this is deliberate, but it's actually rather annoying. Can I turn it off?

Open International Preferences, go to Input Menu and select the "Use one input source in all documents" radio button.

Hope this is what you're looking for.
