So this is the message the Disk Utility sees. Disk Warrior says it can repair it, but the drive will be empty.
I've got Data Rescue restoring items now as much as possible, but anyone know of another option to fix the Invalid B-tree node size error other than Disk Warrior? Google is your frenemy. Caveat Emptor - Latin for tough titty I tend to interpret things in the way that's most hilarious to me |

Nope.
Invalid B-tree node size is a real bitch. Recover what you can, and reformat. OR - run DW again, and hold down the Option key - a new trick I just heard about here: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.p...60727082151123 |

Yeah, I'll do what she did. Go to move the machine and unplug it in the middle of a read/write.
This is only the 3rd b-tree error I've seen, and the first that couldn't be repaired. Guess that's not terrible overall. I wonder since I haven't touched the drive since rebuilding the b-tree the first time if it can still find a way to fix it. Only time will tell. Quote:

FYI, if you ran the first disk warrior process, the scavenge option no longer works. At least not for me.
