Sorry if this has already been covered. My daughter is unable to view the vast majority of the photos in her iPhoto library. The photos are in the library, but they do not show up in the iPhoto window.
We have all the photos archived on CD and an external drive, but are unable to import because the program quits during any import. This occurs from both her camera and the external drive. The install disk is hundreds of miles away at this point. Her computer is an original iBook and her iPhoto is version 2.0.1. Thanks in advance, John |

Have you tried rebuilding the library? Try holding the option key down while the program is launching (dunno if this will work in iPhoto 2. That's a pretty old version.)

Thanks for the reply. The rebuild library command on iPhoto 2 is "Shift and option". Worked perfectly.
