Remember that Florida company building unauthorized clones? Apple is finally going after them (long after I think we'd all forgotten) and has filed suit in the 9th Circuit.

I've heard talk that Pystar may have precedent on its side, and with the case being in the 9th, I wonder just how big a battle this might be.
