I am unable to run the streaming video. I have Tiger installed. Quicktime pro 7. Cookies enabled etc. I have tried Safari, Camino, Firefox and IE without success. They all open quicktime and it counts down from 7 to 0 twice and then says 'swiching transport' and then displays nothing but the number 400. I have a high speed connection through Direcway. Any one give me a hint as to what the problem might be?

I didn't have any luck either. But I only tried once. Try again when everything is a lot less busy, is my advice.

Hmmm, it worked well for me. Perhaps it's a problem with your Internet connection (like a weak wireless signal or something).

but you all atleast received your link to the seminar? apple hasnt sent me that yet with my copy of tiger, even through email. I called up applecare and he said he didnt know the link and to call back if i didnt have it emailed to me in a couple days.

blah, why am i having such bad luck with apple care?

Hrm...well, if it helps, I received an email with a link to the seminar, only to get a revised email the next day with an updated link and a message that the previous link was incorrect. Maybe that's the issue you're having.

I still received my link (and the corrected link) after cancelling my web order in favour of picking up Tiger in-store.

Yes, I am having problems too. I get this message every time i try to go to it "The requested application was not found on this server." So should I just wait fora new email or should I call?
