We JUST tied our max number of users online. Earlier today, about an hour ago, there were 286 (maximum was 298 last August for the Apple Expo), and then it dropped by about a hundred over the course of a few minutes.

Well, I checked again and it was 296. Reload... 296. Reload... 296. Reload... 298! WOOT!

And now checking again we're already up to 315! I wonder how much higher it will go!

EDIT: Starting to fall now. Max was 460, now it's 450-something.

Hell, I just tried loading both forums.appleinsider.com and forums.applenova.com. Made a little race, except I gave AI a 10 second head start. Little while later... AN's long since loaded, AI's timed out and still won't load.

We have almost 800 users online now. I wouldn't be surprised if we break a thousand.

Lots on line. And it is great that it is still working. On the down side, I don�t see much hard news being posted yet.
