When my system is fine (I hope), I always return this same result when I repair permissions, with the same numbers and everything.

Determining correct file permissions.
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261
Is this normal?
Does ./System/Library/ use special permissions all the time? Is 33261 some magic number?

Yes i'll forget about the permission thing as well, just had confirmation from Apple:

"In Disk Utility (Mac OS X 10.3.3 or later), you may see the message: 'We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261'

This is a status message and not a cause for concern. You may safely ignore it."
