I just got my Beta invite to GEForce Now. Seems an interesting proposition for Mac Gaming given the lack of good titles that run natively on the Mac. Anyone else running it?
Oh my, I just tried Minecraft. On my poor old 2015 13" MBP I get about 50-60FPS, dropping to 25 in the worst areas like Bradtropolis. On GEForce Now, I get 500+FPS in the sticks, and still 80+ in Bradtropolis. This is nuts. My poor internet connection. |

I saw you mentioned it in the game so I just signed up for the beta. It would mean I'd be less likely to need to upgrade my PC that can't run Forza Horizon 4 on it right now.

I’m not sure what the times are like now, but I will say that I had completely forgotten about it by the time the invite came through. Hopefully it’s faster now?

I didn't realize I'd have to buy my games through them to be able to play them. I don't think I'm a fan of that concept. I mean, being able to play PC games on a Mac seems cool though. I've only messed with it for a few minutes. Maybe it'll grow on me more.
