Hi all!

I have the "Show Item Info" box checked as one of my desktop preferences. I just restarted my computer and noticed that not all the info is being shown for my internal drive. Under the icon it says "74.41 GB," but it does not show how much free space I have.

I connected my external hard drive and both the capacity and used space is displayed. It is also displayed when I plugged in my usb drive.

I have a 15" PB running 10.4.5.

Thanks.

Perhaps disappeared with 10.4.5?

It's gone with me too. I only noticed when you posted

I think there has been an issue with the 'free-space' displaying wrong data - it didn't update under the icon when you added things to the drive or deleted things. I remember that it was never accurate in my case.

Perhaps Apple have removed it so it can be fixed for a future update?

Same here. Thought it was my fault, somehow.
