Hi folks,

I know lots of you are graphic design type people, probably trying to deal with the crappy low-resolution logos that clients give you, so I thought I'd point out Vectormagic, a free website from Stanford that vectorises stuff for you - and pretty clever it is, from what I can see. I guess the point is that they're tweaking the algorithms to make it better all the time, but it really does look pretty handy.

Just tried it out. It probably wasn't intended for comics, but it did a pretty good job nevertheless.

It's from a Norwegian comic called Nemi by Lise Myhre.

To me it comes out with the same effect as if you put oil paint/mosaic effect on photoshop.
