Any R/C people on this forum? I'm a recent switcher and have been searching for an (any!) R/C simulator that would work on my new G5. On my windows machine I was running Ikarus Aerofly Pro - my favorite simulator, but they don't support the Mac platform. I hate to keep a windoze machine around just for that. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks, Ed |

not sure if this is right for u, but there's a good flight sim called x-plane. supposed to be "the best". search for it and you'll find it.
it's not r/c per se, but i think there are like 200 different types of flying machines, one might be an r/c. and if r/c means something different than remote controlled, i will humbly eat the egg off my face.. |

I'm into R/C (Helis, EP Planes, 1/8 and 1/10 Offroad and Onroad).
Unfortunately, no simulator for the Mac can be found. I use Realflight G2 for Aircraft/Helis and Virtual RC for Surface. Both have hardware peripherals included in order to be able to use your real Transmitters for the best experience. That's why I can't dump my PC laptop since these cost me quite a bit to buy. There's also Reflex (again for the PC) that seems to be gaining ground as the best aircraft/heli simulator for the PC. Good Luck. |
