with 10 days left on warranty. Lately the touchscreen would randomly stop responding. It didn't happen all the time but maybe a half dozen times a week at most. I brought it to the apple store with 10 days left on the warranty not expecting much as I didn't expect to be able to re-create the error. It had happened over several software installs as well.
I couldn't get it to lock up again, but after about 15 minutes the Genius replaced it anyways with a new first gen phone! YAY. |
