What I want, doesn't seem that difficult, but for the life of me I can't figure out the magic combo. Halp.

At work, I have two monitors. Running Mavericks.

At home, I have two monitors. Running Mavericks.

When I screen share (Back to My Mac) my work machine to home, I'd like to be able to have WorkScreen1 show up on HomeScreen1, and WorkScreen2 show up on HomeScreen2, both full screen. ie, like I'm sitting at my work machine.

What I get instead is:

- Show WorkScreen1 full size, can be placed on either home screen
- Show WorkScreen2 full size, can be placed on either home screen
- Show WorkScreen1 and WorkScreen2, but they're tied together, and I can't separate them onto the two screens. Also, they are hellatiny.

I could go full size on options 3, and then scroll around with the cursor, but that really lags like hell.

Anyone know how to accomplish this? I was hoping that Mavericks' improved multi-screen support would enable this, but nooooo. Alternate VNC client suggestions appreciated as well.

Hmm. Your description is more complicated than necessary: let me translate, Kickaha has two monitors at home and at work. He'd like to be able to screen share both monitors at work to the equivalent monitors at home, so far this doesn't seem possible; instead, he can see only singular work screens on either home monitor, or both work screens that are in a small window and are permanently linked. This is unacceptable.

Help the poor man out...

Is it a bandwidth issue, Kickaha?

I'd test for a solution if I could but my work won't allow remote control for "security" reasons.

Can't be bandwidth, because it can push the pixels for both screens through just fine at the same time, with adaptive bandwidth off.

Also, it has the screen sizes, obviously, because they are in the pop-up for picking either or both of the screens.

Why can't they take that info, and piece out the buffer for the dual-screen mode, and blit the two panes to the two screens? Madness.

I don't know that apple isn't allowing N-1 full sized monitor shares simply so you can always have a screen from your local computer.

Considering you can full screen on *one* monitor, I'm going to guess... no.
