Yeah, happened about 20 minutes before we got out of school. I live about 10 blocks away from here.

The fire broke out at a chemical manufacturing plant Wednesday, sending a thick black plume billowing into the air, prompting the evacuation of local businesses and snarling rush-hour traffic on Interstate 494.
Sounds Fun. My Friend is the son of the SSP fire chief, we had to drive him down there to meet his mother. It took us 45 minutes to drive 10 blocks to get home.

My grandfather's insurance company is next door. He was on the News.

Guess the company had problems before, the building was only about 5 years old. And now it's completely destroyed.

Why couldn't you've just walked there? It would've taken 10 minutes. Is it across a highway or something?

Anyway, stinks that the building burned, I bet the air had a nice scent to it

Because there are hills, busy streets, and walking in that air probably isn't the best idea. It took 45 minutes to get home. Not to get there.

Our small town cops don't really have much to do. But today they got to block the streeets AND direct traffic.
