I had set this up previously on my Macbook and iMac. It didn't seem to work so I stopped playing with it.
With the update today I flipped open the MB next to the iMac and it appeared in finder, so I logged in and ! I can control the Macbook from the iMac! So I plugged it back in in the bedroom and now am monitoring the update progress in Spaces! So cool...yes I'm late to this. |

are they on the same network though? i've never had problems getting screen sharing to work on the same network but on different networks i haven't gotten it to work, but i haven't tried after this recent update either.

Once 10.5.1 hit, Back to My Mac started working for me. I didn't do screen sharing, but the browsing drives thing worked perfectly.
