I remember my high school chemistry teacher used to make a big deal out of this (and Mole Day in October)

Pi Day

I just can't believe that people out there actually do stuff like this.

Anyways, just saw it and thought I'd remind everyone of the importance of this day.

What a downer. I thought this was going to be the female equivalent of Steak and BJ day.

It actually shouldn't be rounded to 3.14... The number is 3.145926535 and so on, but if you want to round to three digits, you'd truncate at four and round the third, leaving you with 3.15.

Just a pet peeve of mine.

I really have nothing to put here, but I feel it's rather strange to not have one.

Pi is 3.1415926535...., so your peeve can be abandoned.

Back in good old days, pi was just 22/7.

Now you crazy kids had to go and ruin it with a decimal and an irrational number.
