I went into the Apple Store to get a new battery, but they were sold out. As I waited on line I actually saw a nano. I couldn't resist. I'm Ives' bitch. |

Same happened to me. I went to get my replacement ABS. Saw the nano. Bought the nano.
Maybe the slow decline in Apple's quality was to get us in the stores for repairs! Evil, evil Apple... If it's not red and showing substantial musculature, you're wearing it wrong. |

I knew I was going to cave sooner or later on the nano, so I decided to buy one right away when it came out to save myself the pain of agonizing whether I should buy or not.

Buy a Nano MCQ. You know you want to! My 2 GB Black Nano is awesome. Yeah it has scratches, but only microscratches that needs light to see. Also, my other iPods( 20 GB color and monochrome iPod, and shuffle) have scratches. Small and I got 15 hours on my battery. Flash is the future.

I went to the Apple store today with a friend because she wants to buy an ibook...but before I left I made sure that I brought only enough money for lunch...I know if I have money in my pocket and I'm in the Apple store then I will definitely find something...and that nano is looking really good!

Wrap that thing up in something very soft.
My little nano is very scratched up, but I don't care really. My 60Gig iPod Photo is relatively pristine because of the iPod sock that it lives in. Wish they'd do the iPod socks for the nano. |

But yeah, I love my iPod nano. Lots. I got it the Saturday the week they came out, and it's my first Apple product, and it makes the wait for my Mac all the more excrutiating. Sadly, I'll probably sell it if Apple comes out with an iPod video next week...I know I'll eventually want one again...but that'll be my excuse to buy the larger, black model. |

Go on, go on, go on... </FTM> You know you want to. I've ordered it online with 1-2 weeks wait time - so I should be covered for any update next week (not that I can see much happening to the Nano this soon. Maybe a 6GB one in a few months..?). They just look so sleek and shiny |

Haha, I've held out.
My iPod mini is still pretty new, and I'm not buying anything else until I've upgraded my iBook's RAM. And I'm making a point not to go window shopping at the Apple Store without leaving my wallet home. Hey, you can never be too careful. You ask me for a hamburger. |

haha. i have sold my rev1 ipod mini silver for 150€ the week after the nano was announced and visited every f*ckin' store in hamburg the same day just to get the last 4gb nano probably available. a white one
it's so great and small. it is so tiny, you are afraid of destroying it. seems to be pretty solid, though… |
