I have a problem with Mail constantly marking email from my Voicemail system as junk. It's an Exchange account, running into Mail on Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1
So far I've tried: Adding the Voicemail address to my contacts and selecting "sender of the message is in my contacts" as exempt Hitting the "Move to Inbox" button about a thousand times Unselecting "Trust Junk Mail headers in messages" Searching everywhere for some kind of whitelist function But it's still happening. What have I missed? I just want to receive emails from this specific email address. |

If I had to guess, you need to make the change in the exchange configuration, not Mail. So log into the web interface for your mail account and check there. If your Exchange server is marking it junk then your mail filters likely won't remove that flag.
I an guessing on this, but there is a little bit more of an educated guess. Louis L'Amour, “To make democracy work, we must be a nation of participants, not simply observers. One who does not vote has no right to complain.” Visit our archived Minecraft world! | Maybe someday I'll proof read, until then deal with it. |
