I'm about to do a come internal projects on my Late 2015 iMac.

I finally was able to find a reasonable OEM Vesa Mount taken out of a last 2015 iMac. I'll be replacing my Stand for the mount.

I cant not for the life of me find a Pentalobe Screwdriver for VESA Mount.... Not in Portland, Not in Boston.. nowhere!!! Can someone help me, please!

I've got the 3TB fusion, now and I also have a Samsung 960 Pro M.2 sitting on my desk (Wont work, so I hear), I also have a 2.5" Samsung 840 Pro also sitting on my desk.. I was thinking since I was in the machine to replace the stand for Vesa, that I would swap out the Blade drive and the Fusion. But I dont really need two drives inside, just need the Blade's write and read speeds!

I've see a couple people online say they have done this and it was great, but no videos of people doing them I know how to take apart the iMac - it's just nice to see the before and afters when someones upgrades something

Looks like that screwdriver is a custom deal for Apple service people and not readily available to us plebs. Part number 923-0367 maybe? Not cheap for a single-use tool.

So it goes.

I believe he's looking for the screwdriver to remove these, which I didn't see on iFixIt.

Any idea what the screw size is? I own a fastener company so I will search my suppliers and see if I can find anything to help you out.

I've searched several different suppliers and I can't find anyone that goes bigger then a #6. Wikipedia lists Pentalobes only going from sizes #1-6. It shows iPhones using a #1, Apple Watches using a #2, MBA and MBPr using a #4, and MBP Battery (2009) using a #5. I wish I could help you out more. I'm sorry.
