A few weeks back, I packed up my dog and drove to Yosemite to meet my brother Sam there. Our mother died in October of last year, and her last request was for her ashes to be spread over Yosemite. So we picked a weekend, and did it. This is a bit of a documentary of what happened.

Thanks for sharing your video, it was pretty personal. From the sound of things it was exactly what your mom wanted.

Thanks. As soon as Sam told me that this is what she had wanted, I knew it was the right thing to do. She loved Yosemite.

That's beautiful what you and your brother did Zak. I'm sorry for your loss too.

Really appreciate you sharing that video with us. Beautifully done. You're mother was grinning ear to ear I'm sure, looking down on you and your brother while you honored her memory.

Well done Zac, a thoughtful presentation of a bittersweet moment. Thanks for sharing it.

I'm sure it wasn't the first time that your mother approved (because I'm quite sure she did - who wouldn't have!) of how you took care of your responsibilities in life.

Thanks. I wanted to capture as much as I could, to have it for later.
