Did you just plug it in, answer a few questions, etc., just like that video shows? No more complex or funky than that, huh?

1. Did you have to pay anything at the store other than the price of the phone (that $30-something activation fee?)
2. Were you already a Cingular/AT&T subscriber (since you mention "24 hours for number to port over", I'm assuming "no")
3. What's in the box?
4. Is the thing as responsive (all the crap flying around, spinning, Cover Flow, etc.) as you want it to be?
5. EDGE...the real story. How painful is it?
6. Your favorite thing so far
7. Your biggest gripe or worry so far
8. Everything (music, photos, Address Book, etc.) sync over just fine?
