Hello,

I am requesting 5 minutes of a kind persons time to help me with something.

First of all, let me explain.... I am a member of a band, and we have a new CD coming this weekend and could do with making some promotional banners and things for it. We have a logo, which is ok, but I only want to use the writing out of it. Seeing as i only own Microsoft Paint, I am a bit limited in my tools.

So basically... I am asking if someone could please help me out and shop a picture for me

just one thing about it...

theres a brick pattern going behind the writing, and i could do with that going aswell if possible

Isn't it better if you used a clean illustrator vector-file, I mean, if you want to make promo banners and stuff... or do you want to use it for the internet only?

If you cut out the writing in photoshop it might come out a bit smudgy... for press that is.

Yeah, unless you have the font, you'll want someone to trace it in something like illustrator.

I have a PC at home and I have downloaded Gimp 2.2 it isn't bad at all.

Can you post a larger version? I can convert it to vector art using potrace, but the image is so small the serifs on the letters are all lost.

mmmmm i think this is about as big as i can get i'm sorry.

unless anyone would be kin denough to create a new one along the same lines, i would be eternally grateful!
