I use this feature ALL THE TIME (can't tell you how long it's been since I looked at a newspaper to get a movie start time).
A new 18-screen multiplex just opened in town, not too far from where I live. It's been open for a good three months now, but still isn't showing in the list of movie theaters for my area in Sherlock's "Movie" channel. Is this something that is controlled on their end (the theater itself), or is there something I can do to make this particular theater (and its movies and showtimes) appear in the list for all my local theaters? I don't understand such things... ![]() BTW, is Dashboard replacing Sherlock in Tiger? And, if so, is there a component like this being planned? This is the nicest, quickest and easiest way to get movie times (Sherlock). I'd hate to see it go... |

I think Sherlock gets its data from Moviefone or some third party resource, which it then displays to you. In any case, the data it displays should be dependent on the source. So, if Moviefone does not have information on that theater, then you won't receive it. Same would go for any Dashboard widget.
Double check www.moviefone.com to see if they display showtimes for that theater. |
