I have a problem with iPhoto 6...

Today I tried iPhoto 6....after playng with it for a few hours I decided to import my photos to it. All went well with my pictures from my digicam.

Then I tried to import my arts/graphics collection pictures. For some pictures I get a message...

Unreadable Files: 300
The following file could not be imported. (The import failed)
.
.
.
.(list of files)

Then I think...uh...oh....maybe my pictures are corrupt...after checking I am sure that there are nothing wrong with the files....Because I can open it, from preview/photoshop....Look for this kind of problems on the net/apple forum/etc...and I found nothing usefull...

Then I try to compare between the files(Command-i) that I can import and can't import...

It seems like the files that I can't import have a "Color space: CMYK"

All files that I can import have a "Color space: RGB"

Why can't I import CMYK image to iPhoto 6? I never had a problem with iPhoto 5 before...do I have to convert all CMYK image -> RGB first? It's kinda silly because iPhoto 5 never had a problem with this, and I think there are also a lot of people works with CMYK.

My question is:
1. Is the problem because of the CMYK color space?
2. Is there any solution for this?

Please advice.

Thank you all.
