A friend is looking for some help with a kid's project. He needs some songs that spell out words, like Van's "Gloria" or Aretha's "Respect".

As you can probably tell by the above examples, we have the classics pretty well covered, but I'm sure we could use help with music from the last 10 or 15 years.

That covers titles, all right. But I think FFL may also be looking for lyrics that spell words. Check out this link at the bottom of that Wikipedia entry. Wow.

"To the Nth degree," by Morningwood. The chorus spells out the bands name. Sure, it's inappropriate, given the audience. But the song moves along like nobody's business. More of a middle-school thing I guess.
