Thread title says it all. Good lord, I have never seen a worse deal in my life. I don't know how many of you are sports fans, but you do not give up an AAA prospect and a top-10 offensive player in baseball for nothing in return. This may be worse than the Randy Moss trade...

Here are a couple things to remember. First, Lee always has killer first halves and then tails off in the second half. Second, they offered him a four year, $48 million contract yesterday and he turned it down and would become a free agent. Also, the Brewers, by and large, have not had trouble scoring runs with Prince Fielder, Jeff Jenkins and Billy Hall pounding the ball. Kevin Mensch will fit in there nicely. They have had trouble with pitching and twice in the last two weeks, have put starter Dave Bush in as a reliever. So, Cordero could stabilize that situation. The biggest steal might be getting Nelson Cruz as part of the deal. He’s tearing up Triple A.
