Hey all you sound/music dudes,
I'm thinking about buying a Zoom PS-04 pocket studio and was wondering if anyone has any firsthand experience with these doodads. I will mainly be using this to record sound for interviews. I'm not looking for pristine quality as I'll only be using it in a hobbyist fashion but I am interested in microphone setups. I'd like to record conversations in stereo, one mic aimed at each of the people who are talking so that the listener feels like they're between the people talking.

So, if the pocket studio is Good Stuff, what kind of hobbyist level microphones should I consider? I'm thinking clip-on condenser mics. Remember, this is HOBBYIST level - please resist talking me up to some fancy rig because I'm just not interested!
