Does anyone know of a good site for camcorder reviews?

im after a HD camcorder would prefer it to record to a hard disk and would like it to take pictures while still capturing video.

thanks

I don't know I don't trust HDD camcorders. Too risky. Even more so then the DVD cams. I'm waiting for the flash/SSD revolution to kick off....

I think the HDD cams will be gone by 2009.

But back to the question

The first one is opinion, and the second one is group opinion.

Jebus Google, just buy Apple already...

I don't have a problem with HDD/DVD camcorders. It's not like MiniDV cameras don't already have moving parts. Obviously, solid state cards are ideal, and apparently Sony's cameras are going to start using Sandisk/Sony's "SXS" (SSD ExpressCard) standard, but those are still expensive yet. The cards, and the cameras.

and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong
