Hi there,
Just set up my dads new MacBook with Windows (via BootCamp) and have everything finished, I just need to get him onto our wireless network. I've always found Windows wireless networking hopeless, and yet again it just doesn't want to play ball I've installed the macintosh drivers disc that comes with BootCamp, and the Windows wireless networking can see our (wep security enabled) network, but when i go to connect it just says "Windows is unable to connect to the selected network. The network may no longer be in range. Please refresh the list of available networks, and try to connect again". Any ideas? I'm not bothered if I have to use some other software and disable the Windows wireless networking, whatever works really. Find me on Twitter: @StevenMcLintock |
