Well what do you guys think about all this? I don't completely understand everything, but from what I understand, unless Google wins the bidding, nothing is really going to change as far as wireless(cell) monopolies limiting what people can do. But I'm led to believe that Google could possibly change that if they won a spectrum by reselling parts of it?

I am not quire sure I understand though, wouldn't they have to set up an infrastructure of towers to get something like that working? I'm still hoping that Google buys it, and resells some of it to Apple

700MHZ Auction = Good. Google interested = Really Good.

700MHZ band was used by Television stations I believe, it Travels long distances, and can penetrate walls very well.

But it's technology related, should be in GD.
