Ow, that explanation hurt my head. I can't believe he's actually in charge of making legislation when he so obviously has no idea what he's talking about. IMO, there should be some sort of competency test imposed before a senator can join a committee. Ah well, this is the same guy that tried to build his Bridge to Nowhere; what can we expect?
