I found the link to the page for Dolby's "Virtual Speaker." How can I apply this to my computer (seeing as it looks rather interesting.)?

Dolby virtual surround technologies rock (Virtual Speaker and Headphone), but you can't really use them in OS X. All that is needed is a plugin or codec that can convert the surround audio (DTS/AC3, et al) into VS or Headphone or you would need to find audio that is already formatted for this. While there are several solutions for Windows in this regard, there aren't any for OS X. If you want to use Dolby Headphone, you would need to buy an external amp (like the one that Thurstmaster makes) that can do it, but I don't know of anything that uses Virtual Speaker.
