I get an average of 20fps no matter of my settings. I just have the demo, so my real question is, if I start playing online after I buy the game, will I see a performance increase because I'm not incharge of the AI going on?

a little increase... but not much. Remember that now your computer has to keep in line with a server, which adds a little overhead too.

I bought it the other day and can't get it installed. I'm still waiting to hear from support.

I've tried the updated installer, reset permissions, whatever... no luck.
