what guidelines would you have to follow to stay within the legal parameters? Is there a document somewhere that shows what is tolerated by the labels and what is not? I'd be very interested in something like that. Or is it all just up to negotiations, and each outfit can have a vastly different business model/service capability?

What do the record labels demand of online music businesses, as far as DRMs go and such?
