A couple months back I switched over to a new M1 Mac Mini. I have a Brother all-in-one Printer hooked up via the network hardwired. On my previous computer I was able to go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > and then click the Scan option and scan from there but now it's not able. I have software I got from the App Store for Brother and I can scan from there, but it's annoying. Any way to get that option back?

Does the AIO appear in Printers & Scanners at all?

It shows up for Printer and Fax in two separate selections but not one for scanner.
I randomly just deleted the printer and readded it and it showed up. Odd. Maybe it just never was set up originally. Dumb on my part. Move along. Die young and save yourself.... @yontsey |
