Every time I load MSNBC's web site with my iPhone, it gives me their damn mobile web site instead of the regular web site. And their mobile web site sucks.
Is there any way to get past this to the regular web site? It must be sensing that I have a mobile device somehow but can I override this somewhere? Do you know where children get all of their energy? - They suck it right out of their parents! |

Are you using WIFI, EDGE or 3G? If you are using EDGE or 3G you can bet that you'll be forced to the mobile site.

This is on WIFI. I don't subscribe to a data service with my provider, so all my web browsing via iPhone is on WIFI.

Some sites (Yahoo, for example) have a link semi-hidden on their moblie page that will take you to the "full site". Might want to poke around, especially at the footer/bottom of the mobile page.
